Our IT Support Service offers continuous IT support for your business. This can include general queries for our IT helpdesk, software upgrades, equipment repairs, server maintenance and cyber security.

How much does your IT support service cost?

This is dependent on your company, including the number of colleagues, the amount of equipment and the size of your premises. The price for your IT Support will be based on a per-device or per-user basis.

What is remote IT support?

This is when your outsourced IT team, such as Ashby Computers, can resolve an IT query from their location without having to travel to your site and incur more costs to you. Our IT engineers use our secure Teamviewer application to quickly connect with your network and investigate the issue.

What are your response times?

We guarantee a response within 4 working hours. However, we rarely take that long (not once in the past 4 years!).
